An indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of UEM Land Holdings Berhad (“UEM Land”), a property company within the portfolio of Khazanah, and an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd (“Mapletree”), a Temasek portfolio company were appointed to oversee the project’s advertising, marketing and progress at Marina South. For the Ophir-Rochor site, UEM Land and another Temasek portfolio company, CapitaLand Limited’s indirect wholly-owned subsidiary (“CapitaLand”), are named to oversee marketing, advertising and development.

Both Khazanah and Temasek are committed to the effective commercialisation of these land parcels, including residential, retail, office and hotel components.
