For the Ophir-Rochor site, UEM Land and another Temasek portfolio organization, CapitaLand Limited’s indirect wholly-owned subsidiary (“CapitaLand”), are named to oversee marketing, advertising and progress.

Both Khazanah and Temasek are committed to the effective commercialisation of these land parcels, including hotel, retail, office, and residential components.
